Overview

With the IT/BPO industry in a recovery mode from the recession, manpower requirements are becoming more specialized, and the economies demand differentiated levels of skills. This program is introduced to meet the growing demand for skilled people and to help students enhance the generic skills to become more industry-ready, with special focus to the BPO sector. This course is designed by key BPO companies – Accenture, Convergys, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and IBM. The curriculum for the program has been fine-tuned to help increase the employability of students by equipping them with the key skills required by the industry.

Pre-requisite Knowledge/Skills

  • Students need to undergo the NAC Diagnostic Test.
